Account Executive
Location: Penang
Responsibilities
- In charge of company full set account
- In charge of fixed assets systems including rentals, sale & purchase, executive summary and all tasks related to real estate properties owned by the company
- Prepare cash flow statement and forecast
- Prepare invoices and follow up on payment including close monitoring on debtor's payment
- GST submission
- Liaise with company auditors pertaining to annual accounts and financial audit
- Prepare monthly payroll and budget control
- Prepare fee proposal to potential clients
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in accounting and administration works
- Good communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and UBS accounting software
- Experience in GST submission to authority
- Must be able to work independently
