Front Desk Officer cum Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: Penang
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily administrative work including front desk duties.
- Manages reception area, attend to walk-in guests, visitors or clients warmly and with a courteous manner.
- Handle all incoming calls and transfer to respective individuals or departments.
- In charge of ordering office supplies including stationery etc.
- Manage daily postal, courier services delivery and pick up arrangements.
- Handle Project's Pre-Contract and Post-Contract Administrative.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in administration works.
- Good communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Must be able to work independently and willing to learn.
- Have basic management of Construction Contract will be an advantages.
